This morning when I'd not long been up, Martin went outside to bring the bins in that had been emptied and next doors puppy runs in to our house to say good morning. :D I loves him. Martin isn't bad either. :) Just kidding! I love them both very much!
The rest of the morning and afternoon was spent making this beautiful Fairy Bear:
Wet felting isn't my favourite thing to do as I'm really not too good at it. I get bored with the rolling really quick so it tends to be under felted. Then I usually cut it before it's properly dry which makes it fall apart a little at the edges... But, the stitching and beading was lots of fun! Trying to colour match things is always good but I didn't have any minty green beads. Might mean I need a shopping trip. ;)
I hadn't intended for her to look so much like Ice Cream. She was going to be pastel pink, orange and white, but I saw the yellow and mint next to each other in the bag and they looked so nice!
She is very pretty, though the photos don't do her justice. :) I wish you could see her in person! She has sparkles and everything.
She is beautiful! I love her and think you did a fantastic job on her!! I really like the ice cream theme, too!
