Today I got up super early (well, super early for me)... Not by choice: I had been lying uncomfortable for hours and was fed up dozing for a couple of minutes then waking up again and trying to get comfy!
But, it turns out I was very productive once I was awake. :) I managed to finish the little mouse!
She wanted to be a girl, so she got herself a little skirt, and a stripy waistcoat. She has bells on her shoes and on her hat. :) I felt bad covering up all her cute bits so I cut a little bit out so her belly button was still on show. :D
Lots of work with the stripes and it's impossible to stop coloured fibres going onto/getting stuck in to the white!
Really happy with her though so she is my simple joy for today. :)
Tomorrow I start her bunny companion!
