Instead I came across a new thing on Kickstarter called the Lightcase. It sounded perfect for me, so I backed the campaign and waited! You can find it here: Lightcase.
I received it a couple of days ago and so far I really like it. :)

It was very easy to put together and is a perfect size for my needs.
It comes with 3 different background options. A white one:

A black one:

And a frosted semi opaque one:

There's also a nice feature of having a hole in the top, for taking photos from above the item:

Here I lay Merbear on her back and positioned the camera over the hole and snapped the photo:

The same day that it arrived I also received a macro lens for my phone that I had bought on eBay. It was less than £2 so I really didn't have much hope for it, but it captures some great detail!
It's nice for getting really close up and showing the little details that I put so much work in to. :)

I think I am really going to enjoy both the Lightcase and the macro lens. The one problem I have had with the lens is that the glue that sticks the magnet to the phone is a bit weak. Every time I attached the lens it would take the magnet with it as the magnet is much stronger than the glue! I bought a cheap phone case and super glued it on and it works perfect. :)
I would recommend the Lightcase to anyone who wants a fuss-free and easy way of taking photos of small items. I think it'll do a lot of good for me. :)
