Some days it is difficult to find a joy. Some days seem bad from the start and with things in them that make you sad or low and when you're not feeling good it can all seem a lot worse.
But if you forget all those bad things: the tiredness and the lacking of energy and the fuzzy brain and the headaches and aching body and feeling worse because you want to do more or better but you just can't find the energy for it... If you ignore all that, and think of the other stuff, life is actually really good and even with all the other stuff going on you can still feel very lucky.
For me, I am lucky because I have an incredibly understanding partner, who not only empathises with me, but he knows what I need help with and he is happy to do it. He understands that some days I simply can't make the dinner or do dishes because recovery is more important. If I don't take these days off, I can't recover and then I can't get back to my normal routine.
I can't begin to express how much I appreciate, respect and adore him! I am so incredibly lucky, every day.

that is so true, my partner too is my rock without him I'd be lost.
