Unfortunately I missed doing my simple joy for yesterday as by bedtime I wasn't feeling well so went straight to bed. I managed to finish little miss elephant though. :)
Today was a nice day. Spent with my parents doing the usual thing, it's nice. A bit of familiarity and things we've been doing since I was little.

I actually won! I got a hole in one too. :) Total fluke of course, but I am usually quite rubbish so I am happy!
We made a little friend:
And we had a picnic. It was very windy and we were getting bothered by a wasp, so it got cut a little short. Possibly the last of the year as the weather definetely seems to be changing now. :( I might actually go put a jumper on!
Afterwards, we had a walk to check on the bramble situation, but they are not ready yet. Couple of weeks still by the looks of it.

He was very comfortable! But we had to leave as the local kiddies wanted a go. ;)
Having a break from "work" for a week now. To recharge batteries and prepare for something that I'll start on the 25th... Keep your eyes peeled, it should be fun. :)
I might make something fun or something that's been floating about in my head for a bit, or I might just read and recover and take things easy. I have over done it lately and I have been paying the price a bit. I need to remember I don't have as much energy to work with as a lot of people... Which can be very difficult, especially since I love my job so much and it's so easy to overdo it!
I hope to be very refreshed and raring to go by the 25th though. I am looking forward to it! Hopefully by then I will also be able to do a giveaway for a lucky person (or 3) as well. :)
I'm still taking orders, but I won't be starting them till the 26th, so feel free to still get in touch if you'd like something but please bear this in mind when ordering. I say the 26th because the 25th is my birthday and I am being taken out for a nice meal on that day. Lucky me! :)
