Owls and Pandas.

Hello again Friends and Happy Sunday. :)

Last Sunday I worked so hard to get things finished so I could start my Monday fresh but guess what? Come Monday Morning I was too tired to do what I had planned! How ironic. I did manage to get some photos of my finished unicorn though and I think she is beautiful.

She is now waiting in my Etsy shop for her perfect home. :)

On Tuesday I printed a sticker order and Martin used the machine to cut them. He's getting so good at it now and for once, it went without a hiccup! Well, until I sent the invoice to the customer and realised I'd undercharged by a huge amount. Oops. Thankfully she's lovely and all is sorted now.

 

Also on Tuesday I made some mini omelette type things in a muffin tin, for the next few days lunches. They had mushroom and a little bit of smoked sausage in them.

Wednesday was fun, I got to play with my buttons again!

I have lots more than shown here, but a lot of these ones are from My Friend Jacqueline of Blue Anchor Bay who has shown me and my little business so much support over the years. :) I got my Grandmas button box when she passed away and sometimes it's nice to just look through them! They are very special and there is so many colours and shapes to gaze at!

It was the start of a new project and I picked out 2 matching(ish) pairs, picked my wool and got started.

I got a good start but didn't finish the first till the next day. First was this chap:

And the next day was this pretty lady:

Also on Thursday I started work on my book again. But I started it such a long time ago that not only am I having to reread it as I go, but I'm having to edit, reword and change a lot of it as it's slightly out of date. I'm not sure how it's going to go doing it this way and I might end up rewriting the start as I'm not sure about it, but I know it's all going to take a while. I hope to work on it now and then and eventually get caught up and be able to progress with the story! Just getting to that point will take a while though! I'd also like to do some more artwork for it at some point. (If I had the energy for all the things I want to do, I would take over the world!)

Yesterday I made 2 little panda felt paintings. I'd not done any of the little paintings in a while so it was nice to get back to. :) It was dark by the time I went to take photos, so this was a preview:

And today I took these, in the video below, which again you'll have to click to get it to play! (There will be a way to get it to work, but I use an app to post my blog posts so this is easier for me. Just call me lazy.)

All prices on new items now include worldwide p&p with the option for upgraded shipping if you'd like it faster or tracked. :) I'm slowly trying to simplify my pricing for both myself (as I can never remember what I charge for which thing) and for you! I hope this way is nicer for you.

Having a quiet day today, but hoping to work more on my story later and I'll try and get some more cheese scones made since we scoffed them so fast last time. ;) Tomorrow I'll start on an order for an animal I've not made before so that should be fun! I'm looking forward to it. :)
