A day late.

Hello and Happy Monday! I'm a day late with this blog post, but better late than never I hope? :)

Last Monday we started the week off with a day out. It was a bit dull, cold and windy but we made the most of it and it was nice to see my parents. There's a little video below.

I took a few days to finish a couple of pandas I'd started, they turned out sweet and are looking for a home in my Etsy shop. :)

We had yet another day out... Well, actually it was late afternoon. Just a walk down to the next village to see the sea. It's so soothing sometimes. The little video I made:

Today we had yet another day out! More seaside visits with fish and chips, it was a nice day but I really don't do well with bus travel. It spoils almost too much of it for me which puts me off going again, but hopefully if we do keep doing it I'll not feel so ill while travelling in the long run. I really hope so.

We've been productive too, we did a spring clean on the house over the past few days and today I had a doctors appointment in the morning. We did a tiny bit of food shopping too and then back home for a house inspection. Hopefully soon we'll be sent out some forms to sign and then we'll have proper permission to get our puppy. :) I'm so excited! I'm going to start buying supplies, a bed, toys, grooming equipment etc. Martin is going away soon for a few days so when he's back we'll finally be able to look properly for our puppy. It's been such a long time coming and I'm so happy!

Oh and the nurse said my chest X-ray looked normal so thank goodness for that! I'll get my blood results in about 4 days and then not sure what's happening next, I'll have to see what they suggest. But, things are moving forward all the time, even if slowly. (Need to remind myself of that when I have bad days.) I still sleep a lot and tire pretty quick but we're trying to squeeze in lots of things too, which is good and it doesn't feel like such a wasted life that way.

The cute orangutan in my shop had some fun today too, and climbed the lighthouse in my window. :) What a fun and cheeky chappy!
